  • Express Gratitude for all things in life.
  • Love without fear
  • Be Bodacious
  • Laugh, giggle, smile all the time
  • Sing out of tune, dance as if no one is watching.
  • Be the person you were created to be.
  • Be the change you wish to see
  • Do not complain, yet have a 5 minute whine party.

You have permission to be the person you are, to stop hiding, to live life loudly and graciously. Permission is yours to change your mind, make u-turns, do things different, not like everything your partner, friends, family and co-workers do. Permission is granted to disagree and say so. Permission belongs to you to feel your emotions, cry at commercials and movies, laugh loudly at the movies and at commercials. You do not need to ask to be human, feel, think, or play.

You DO NOT have permission to harm, hit, demean, treat badly, abuse, molest, rape, kill, or bring any sort of harm to another. You DO NOT have permission to meet your needs at another’s expense, to bring your self pleasure through cheating someone, take what is not yours, lie to others, but you can lie to yourself all you want.

This is a short reminder of being human, living in love, gratitude, and following the path of prophets of old. All are welcome to share the journey with me this day. In all things this credo holds true: Do as thou wilt, an no harm to none. You have permission to be the human that brings you the most pleasure as long as you are not harming another. But, it is suggested that you remember to not harm self either, “no harm to none” applies to you. How you treat yourself is the most important aspect of living in love, today you are the person you were meant to be. Today you are the only one who can bring you happiness, pleasure, provide for you. No one else is responsible, but you. Harm none, you are the first item on the list.

I love you, God and Goddess loves you, the Universe loves you. Now, love yourself. With love no harm occurs.

Blessings and healing is yours, all you need do is say “I accept.”
