This page is a list of resources to guide you through your journey in recovery. If you feel you are in crisis please reach out for guidance and support. The first few numbers are emergency hotlines, following are resources listed by services offered. This is not an inclusive list, but it will grow with your help, please send me the links and other information for those resources you have found beneficial. I will gladly add them to this list. Also, if you note that information is outdated, please contact me and as soon as possible I will get it updated. I will do my best to keep this page growing and up to date, but, you will help will be beneficial, I am only one person after all.
